Every vial label carries a lot number. Match it to the COA on the product page, or send it to support and we'll email the full record, including the HPLC trace.
02 How is purity tested? Quality
Each production run is checked by HPLC at 214 nm for purity and by a second, independent method for identity before the lot is released. Lots that don't meet spec are not listed.
03 Who are your products for? Quality
Our products are sold strictly for laboratory research use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and we can't offer guidance on personal use.
04 When will my order ship? Orders
Orders placed before 2 PM on business days usually ship the same day. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
05 What if a vial arrives damaged? Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the vial and packaging. We'll replace broken or compromised vials at no cost.
06 How should vials be stored? Handling
Lyophilized material is best kept sealed, dry and away from light. Refer to the storage conditions printed on the COA for each specific lot.
07 Does heat during shipping affect the product? Handling
In lyophilized form, material is generally stable through normal transit times. Once it arrives, move it to the recommended storage conditions as soon as possible.
